Action: MEASURE THE EXTENTS OF THE BODY WITH ARMS DOWN AND FEET TOGETHER, AND CUT A RECTANGULAR PIECE OF SHEET MATERIAL DOWN TO A 1:4 RATIO THAT JUST ENCOMPASSES THE MEASUREMENTS TAKEN. NEXT TO A BODY OF WATER LAY ON THE SAND, CHEST TO THE EARTH. THE SHEET MATERIAL IS TO BE LAID ON TOP OF THE BODY, AND ROCKS FROM THE SHORE ARE TO BE PIACED ON TOP OF IT. STONES WILL BE ADDED CONTINUOUSLY AND DISTRIBUTED EVENLY OVER THE SURFACE OF THE BOARD UNTIL BREATHING IS MADE TOO DIFFICULT TO WITHSTAND ANY MORE WEIGHT, OR THE DISCOMFORT IS TOO HIGH, THUS TERMINATING THE ACTION.

THE ACTION ENDED WHEN I FELT THAT I COULD NO LONGER BREATHE
